By accessing and using LoyaltyPe's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
LoyaltyPe provides a digital loyalty and rewards platform that enables small businesses to create and manage customer loyalty programs using QR codes and mobile technology.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
Basic features are available at no cost with usage limitations.
Premium features require a monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
The LoyaltyPe platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by LoyaltyPe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our services.
LoyaltyPe provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages or maintenance periods.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
